HelpMaster v15.6.5 to v15.7.8
After upgrading HelpMaster from v14 (or earlier) to v15 sending as ("Send As") or sending on behalf of ("Send on Behalf Of") a shared mailbox may no longer send successfully when adding an Action or logging a new Job in HelpMaster v15, while sending from your personal mailbox works fine.
Emails may fail to send when sending 'As' or 'On Behalf Of' a shared or central mailbox e.g. email@example.com, after upgrading to HelpMaster v15.
The following steps should resolve the issue;
Download one of the files matching the bit version of HelpMaster v15 that you are using from the links below. You can find the bit version details in HelpMaster v15 from "Help" (ribbon) > "About HelpMaster" (icon) on the "About" window title bar, after the version number in brackets.
Extract the downloaded zip file into your HelpMaster v15 installation folder which by default is located here, 'C:\Program Files\HelpMaster 15.x.x' or 'C:\Program Files (x86)\HelpMaster 15.x.x' depending on the bit version of HelpMaster installed.
Replace the existing 'PRDMessaging.dll' file with the one contained in the attached zip file.
Now test using "Send As" or "Send on Behalf Of" your shared mailbox and it should be successful.
