All versions of HelpMaster
When sending email from HelpMaster, the email gets "stuck" in the Outlook Outbox and is never delivered.
This issue can have many causes and many fixes. Here are some to try.
Use the latest version of Exchange/Outlook. Apply all service packs and upgrade if possible.
See the Microsoft article "How to troubleshoot mail stuck in the Outbox" http://support.microsoft.com/kb/182572 << applies to older version of Outlook, but some content may be relevant.
If sending an email that has a different "From" address than your personal email account, ensure that you have the correct "Send as" and "Send on behalf" permissions via Microsoft Exchange.
Try changing the settings for "Cached Exchange Mode"
Try re-building the Outlook profile. Sometimes Outlook profiles become corrupt and cause unpredictable results.
Disable all Outlook add-ins and try again
Search Google for further information. There are a lot of instances of this behaviour, and many people have used many different ways to over come this.
